Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  2. Shipping Methods: We primarily use Australia Post for domestic and international shipments.

  3. Shipping Rates: Shipping Rates: Our shipping rate is a flat fee of $15 for all orders, regardless of size, weight, or destination. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

  4. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times will be provided to you by tracking number. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

  5. International Shipping: At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are actively working to expand our shipping options to reach customers worldwide. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to make international shipping available in the near future.

  6. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your order online.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging with unused condition. 

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team at evey@lullabystudio.com.au or 0421 529 727.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
